Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible to support the wholesale and retail teams to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency of operations.   This role will report to the President of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Showroom Management
    • Manage the showroom (receives samples, manages samples trafficking, maintains presentation)
    • Organize and manage showroom inventory twice a year
    • Manage employee sample sales
    • Book showroom appointments, greets and seats clients for appointment
  • Commercial Operations
    • Prepare monthly Daily Communicator and forecast trackers for the stores
    • Receive and organize month end packages from the stores. Archives all stores paperwork
    • Send monthly retail packages to stores (signage, stationary, deposit slips)
    • Compile, compose and distribute weekly communication to the  stores
    • Enter Wholesale purchase orders
  • Supplies Management
    • Manage supplies for the warehouse, the stores, and the office. Monitor stock and levels and place orders accordingly
 
  • Reporting
    • Compiles data for weekly and monthly reporting (sales and logistics)


Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 1-2 years retail experience, corporate experience or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  Suite (excel, word, powerpoint) Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good mindset, eager to learn, flexible
