Overview & Objective:

Position Overview
We are currently looking to expand our team with an individual who will drive our e-commerce business in the U.S through product assortment optimization, site assets management and developing market- specific marketing strategies.  This role will work closely with our international offices.

Essential Responsibilities and Operations:
  • Supervise the merchandising and content online, including product categories and classifications and activations
  • Consistently QA the site to ensure content and merchandise are live and accurate in line with specific campaigns
  • Ensure that site copy is up to the standards of the brand
  • Manage e-commerce inventory and replenishment in liaison with buying and allocation team
  • Analyze sales, productivity and trends and re-merchandise content accordingly
  • Implement on CMS merchandise and site updates and ongoing improvements.
  • Analyze site performance and make recommendations in regards to site strategy and priorities. Lead specific product development for the U.S
  • Develop and maintain promotional calendar for ecommerce, in coordination with global calendar and retail calendar
  • Design email campaigns, monitor performance.
  • Analyze customer base and execute CRM program in partnership with digital team in Europe.
  • Work with PSP to consistently adjust fraud detection rules
  • Develop relationships with Marketplaces to grow the global digital business of Vilebrequin in Europe.  Coordinate replenishment and marketing activities.
  • Monitor online pricing from other etailers in the US.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience digital merchandising and e-commerce:  sorting rules, site search, customer experience personalization, campaigns/promotions/initiatives, A/B testing, and product management
  • Bachelor’s Degree, degree in the field/industry a plus
  • Strong project and partner management skills with a proven track record of success
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, and attention to detail
  • Demandware knowledge a plus
  • Must be able to work independently
