Wholesale Account Executive

SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven, energetic, and resourceful. This candidate will help grow and develop the wholesale business in partnership with senior management and corporate partners. We are looking for a self-starter who can execute sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets and grow the business, and leverage new and existing relationships with key accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop relationships with all cross functional departments and levels within the organization
  • Assist with the forecast and department budget including: annual sales projections, OTB, RTV, marketing, and personnel
  • Help manage all sales and order process, including negotiating terms, identifying customer solutions, order entry, shipment and order fulfillment, and sample management
  • Leverage existing relationships, grow key accounts, and grow brand awareness
  • Prepare and attend all sales meetings with domestic partners, creating all collateral and material and pertinent presentations
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts and partners in order to drive sales, analyze shopping/customer trends, and conduct product knowledge seminars
  • Help to analyze various markets and product in order to create and execute various strategies to increase sell-through, prospect new accounts, and grow our new/current markets
  • Actively seek new avenues of sales and distribution, engage new opportunities, and create new opportunities within various markets and sales channels
  • Analyze sales, key markets, inventory levels, product development and management, and trends in order to maximize sell-through and react to client needs and concerns
  • Partner with wholesale customers - buying, visual merchandising, marketing, sales seminars and incentives to drive sell in/sell out and increase brand visibility
  • Partner with marketing and sales in order to execute sales incentives, events, and promotions to drive brand visibility and drive sales
  • Assist with off-price partnerships and franchise business
  • Partner with logistics and warehouse partners as pertaining to wholesale
  • Organize trade shows

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in fashion wholesale with contacts in department stores, specialty stores, etc.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in sales and wholesale
  • Proficiency in various computer programs, inventory management, CRM systems, POS, and Microsoft office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and creative skills
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and detail oriented
  • Able to manage priorities and time accordingly, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player with an established record of achieving goals
