Overview & Objective:
  • Receive and process shipments in an efficient and accurate manner.  Accurately check and monitor the flow of merchandise in/out of the system, as well as maintain accurate records and paperwork within the store.  Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.  Assist the store as needed on the sales floor and stockroom.
Essential Responsibilities and Operations:
  • Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to all customers, and help facilitate a friendly and enthusiastic environment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Receive and process shipments in an efficient and accurate manner; verify units received, ticket merchandise appropriately, unpack and process merchandise, and integrate the merchandise within the stockroom and floor
  • Assist to organize the stockroom by department and categories, and house appropriately so that all merchandise is easily located for replenishment and sale.  Adjust stock procedures to ensure all aisles and exits are clear
  • Provide feedback to the supervisor and manager(s) regarding inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate inventory control records according to company policy & procedure, and keep accurate records of all merchandise coming in and out of the store through shipments, transfers, RAs, and all purchases/courier services
  • Package, log and track all customer-bought merchandise appropriately
  • Ensure that the stockroom is clean and organized; ensure that the stockroom is properly swept and garbage is removed
  • Organize all supplies and ensure that the stockroom is fully stocked with all supplies.  Keep track of supplies on-hand, and as needed by the store
  • Complete tasks and objectives listed on the daily sheet, or as directed by management
  • Communicate and help resolve any inventory and customer issues as they arise
  • Assist to maintain the sales floor, and replenish the merchandise on the sales floor with the appropriate sizes and quantity of merchandise
  • Conduct inventory checks for sales team and customers
  • Help deter loss prevention and minimize company loss by following all stockroom guidelines and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • HS diploma preferred
  • 1-2 years stockroom or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Basic product knowledge preferred
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin required
  • Effective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team and work environment
