We are currently looking for a Junior Planner with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven, energetic, and resourceful. The primary responsibility of the Junior Planning Account Executive is to maximize sales and profit through optimal allocations and exceptional customer service, this is done through creative thinking and identifying store opportunities and risk.

  • Update selling reports and key KPI's 
  • Stock analysis of OH at DS, replenishment analysis and swaps (Skypad)
  • Analyze weekly sales performance and set “call to action” to merchandise coordinators
  • Coordinate shipping of season orders and in season replenishment to major stores
  • Managing the Bulk orders and NOOS styles to optimize replenishment of current season stock
  • Order management
  • Assist in Sales Appointments with majors such as Bloomingdale’s, Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as specialty stores and resort hotels
  • Manage drop ship platform operation
  • Collaborate on the development of selling tools (product knowledge, product assortments) 
  • Manage samples process for wholesale online shootings and advertising 
  • Stock analysis for off price
  • Maintain the showroom in partnership with Visual Merchandising
  • Analyze Vilebrequin price positioning vs. luxury retailers in the Americas
  • **Previous experience in planning for an apparel/retail company is a must**
  • 1-2 years’ experience in planning
  • Some Account Executive experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel
  • Retail Math – understanding how the factors impact profit and turnover 
  • Good knowledge of supply and inventory management 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Team Player
